Summary
Amends the
Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991
and
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994
to: improve the food regulatory processes for Australia and New Zealand; and improve the framework within which the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Authority operates.
